Lutzie 43 Road Race

The 9th annual Lutzie 43 5K run at Frank Fillman Field at Lassiter High School honors the memory of former Lassiter and Auburn football player Phil Lutzenkirchen, and benefits the foundation named after him.

The Lutzie 43 Foundation raises awareness for safe driving for teens and young people. Its mission is to reduce the number of distracted, impaired and unsafe driving incidents.

Onsite runners at Lassiter and virtual participants from a number of locations across the country will be taking part.
